Its the nickname for the șijangullabatucanius, which, scientificly its the name for an opening or hole in a fish, but the slang means someone who really smells like a burnt rotten fish with garlic and smegma.

A: Ewwwww onion boy smels like șjbatucanul.
B: I just ate some stuffed munk fish.
