D-Pants 

A pair of plastic pants with tight elastic bands around the ankles, previously introduced on the Tim and Eric Awesome Show. (Great Job)

The pants are to be worn UNDER your regular pants, (replacing underwear) and are used to collect your explosive diarrhea. When you have filled up your D-Pants, it is absolutely correct to take them out back, hose them off, and re-use them. No solids please.

"Liar Liar Pants On Fire" is a playground taunt that is used to indicate each other whenever they think the other is lying.

It refers to the fact "fibbing" is consider naughty, and pants/bottom 'on fire' is an euphemism for spanking.

1) stretchy lounge pants, most likely from Old Navy, that are suitably comfortable for 2+ hours of TV viewership, i.e. watching American Idol.
2) a person participating in said activity in said clothing, especially as an insult.
