Anguirus

A popular monster in Godzilla movies. Anguirus is quadruped reptile with a spike covered back and a horned nose, similar to Baragon. He hasn't really helped in the series because he got killed once, gets injured alot, and never has defeated a monster on his own. Through all of that he is really cool and many peeps like him. He has appeared in the following movies

This is a meme that I recently started to see around a few sites, but has probably been around for a while.

I found that it's from the intro to a cat hentai game called "Neko Kawai Gari". Needless to say, this intro is very weird, and features what sounds like a young Japanese girl singing a song over pictures of hentai cat girls.
