A lower version of chronic. In other words, when you want some dank ass weed, but you dont have quiet enough for chronic, you need creeper. Which is the step down. Potent smoke that still has crystals like chronic

1. A person who hangs around a place for a long time. They don't necessarily do anything good or bad, they're just there.

2. A person who acts really creepy/does really creepy things, like staring or stalking.

3. A really weird or awkward person.

1. There are those creepers, hanging outside of Starbucks as usual.
