This is theory is usually sported my men who do not like the thought or fact of women using the toilet to put poo in it.

It helps certain people perceive women as more beautiful in certain situations.

This thought can also be modified to "Only ugly girls poo".

Judi: I gotta go poop.

Pat: Nope. Girls don't poop.

Judi: What?
