Cheewee

This noun in commonly heard in the northern New York area, bordering Canada and Vermont. It is used to discribe a person that is like "trailer trash," but with hick tendencies to fit the north country personna.

That guy with no teeth is a cheewee.

Chew Ride

An event originated and celebrated often by the chew crew of Phillipsburg, NJ. Skoaldiers are assembled and proceed to pack only the best kinds of chew, Skoal Straight and the occasional Skoal Mint. They drive around as long as they need to, talking about...well...chew and life...because outside of those two things nothing else really matters. The end of the chew ride usually results in some type of Halo or alcoholic consumption...or another chew ride.

Once everyone was in the car we packed our cans, threw in hammers, and the chew ride began.

A phrase that someone uses to warn his surroundings about violence that is about to happen. First used in the 1988 movie "They Live". Later used by Duke Nukem, phrased slightly different as: "It's time to kick ass and chew bubblegum... and I'm all out of gum."

I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass... and I'm all out of bubblegum.
