When you START to ask a "Brilloed" person a question, they reply, "No,No,No, No, NO!" before you can finish it!

A brillohead is north american slang for an individual with hair that is similar to brillo. Said individuals have tight curls and typically short hair which can not be managed by any form except to be called that of brillo. Example is woven steel wool.
