XO Mentality

The mindset of a person who gets shit done even if they don’t get recognized for it. Usually being overshadowed as an underdog, assistant, or right-hand-man type of figure. They get results for personal kicks and satisfaction of knowing they did it, not for glory. This to the extent of potentially self-sabotaging by focusing too hard on the desired outcome.

Also referred to as simply The Mentality or La Mentalidad between those who posses it

A person (usually a female) who is used as a filler of time for someone in between relationships. Said person is usually kind-hearted and doesn't know they're an XO at the time. They're often seen as not good enough for a real relationship and used time and time again.
