Evening the odds is to jump off a building and into a car that turns into a somehow non-lethal tank in a city thats only filled with criminal scum, an army, a man who hates clowns and wants to kill you, and a man that blames getting his face eaten by a mutant crocodile man with a “killer stick” on you for no reason.
“The City’s Overrun. We don’t stand a chance.”
-“Stay here. I’ll send someone to pick you up.”
“What are you doing?”
-“Evening the odds.”

Hung like sparrow and all the personality of a paper cup, that's WOO.
He likes nothing more than to get on his knees and have a rolled up copy of the latest PCG rammed up his poop hole.

A dare game wherein a person issues an outrageous dare to another person, the recipient of the dare must say 1 out of a certain number, demonstrating the likelihood that they will perform the dare. A third party counts the other two people down from 3: i.e. 1,2,3. After the countdown, the darer and the daree must say a number through 1 and the certain number (if they said 1-15, it would have to be a number between that). If both participants say the same number, then the daree must perform the dare. If both participants do not preform the same date it then goes back to the darer.
Rufo Barbas: Odds are you only wear boxers to work tomorrow.
Bob: Okay, 1 out of 30.
Jésus: 3,2,1.
Rufo Barbas and Bob: 24!
Bob: Damn't!

Panic at the disco's attempt to possibly recreate the beatles' sound. Most evident in the song Behind the sea.
Differs from their previous album, A fever you can't sweat out, by ryan's added vocals, and removal of the somewhat techno aspect.
A real change to there old stuff, more slow and soft as opposed to old fast and loud.
Also signifies the start of the era in which the band removed the exclamation mark in their name. Why? beats me, seemed kinda pointless.
No doubt people will probably be disappointed with the change, they lost what they were.
