Man child

In the simplest of definition, a man child is an immature guy who just refuses to grow up. This doesn't mean he necessarily lives at home with mom and dad ― although he probably should considering the way he functions in the real world ― but that he just doesn't have his life together.

A person who grows up, and you know they had to wear a helmet, even for the smallest of tasks, such as going to the fridge for a glass of water.

I can't believe they screwed up my order again at that drive-thru, that guy must have been a real helmet child.
