The most insanely beautiful woman you will ever meet, inside and out. She has a heart and soul made of the purest purity. Extremely spiritual and in tune with the universe. She is basically made of love and light. One of the best singers on the planet. If you are ever blessed enough to be with a Chelsie, treat her as the goddess she is and pray she never leaves you. She rarely gives up in any situation and will always prevail under hard circumstances. She has an amazing sense of humor and her laugh is like movie theater butter to your ears. She will go above and beyond for you and you should do the same when dealing with a Chelsie. A little high matience, but thats okay. You might get lost in her eyes as they are a shade of gorgeous you've never seen before. If you are lucky enough to know Chelsie, you're too lucky and you should count your lucky stars and thank the heavens.

Chelsea is a city in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, United States directly across the Mystic River from the city of Boston. It is the smallest city in Massachusetts in land area, and the 26th most densely populated incorporated place in the country. There are 50,000 people crammed into 2 square miles. The population is 99.9% Hispanic/Latino. The only White people are the cops. Please bring an English/Spanish dictionary when visiting because Chelsea is like another country.

There are many liquor stores and drug dealers. You can freely buy and sell any type of drug you desire at Bellingham Square. Yeo, herb, oxy's etc...In fact, the benches at the bus stops are full of dope heads nodding off from heroin use.
