A term used by a group of lost, often washed-up, losers to describe themselves in an effort to give themselves some sort of identity.

My new brothers, that I have known for a week, are my Soul-Tribe.

A person that sets another person's soul on fire, but watches it burn into ashes instead of feeding the flames. A person who ignites love in another person and enjoys the attention, but doesn't actually care about the other person's feelings.

He was a real soul burner, and I was devastated when he just stopped coming around.
