Run Out of Town on a Rail

Olde-timey phrase, most commonly referring to the act of literally carrying someone perched uncomfortably on a rail to a point outside of the city limits. This was often a form of punishment for committing any act others thought was extremely bad. It is still sometimes used in the Southern states.

Doctor:What did she take?
Friend:These, Dexamil. Supposed to cure drinkin'
Doctor: Alan T. Whitman, M.D. That man ought to be run out of town on a rail.

Mil-town 

The horrifying ghettos of Milwaukee, WI. People refer to this as Mil-Town because they are too lazy or just cant pernounce Milwaukee. It has been known to get shot in "Mil-Town" just by walking down the street, maybe even multiple times.You want some dust, you came to the right place.

A grandfather asked his grandson once "you been to mil-town lately" he replied with "yes i have been shot"

Chuco Town Snail 

When a girl, who is a bit of a prude, doesnt't want to get semen on her from a condom or the penis directly so, the male then says "Aye Aye" and proceeds to turn the condom inside out and slap her in the face resulting in a trail across her face that resembles that of a snail.

Another reference for Tacoma, WA. Much like "T-Town" but way cooler. Possibly derived from its reference in "SEA-TAC" airport.
