Rippakansha

The Rippakansha is a form of execution. The convicted is first stripped of his/she's belongings and given a bath to clean themselves and get rid of their sins. After they are to put a white robe and kneel on a mat. An assistant comes and holds a sword to the convicted's neck. Then they say their last words or prayers. They lay their dominant hand over their heart. They pierce their heart with their hands killing themselves. The assistant quickly cuts their head to keep as a sort of trophy. They're body is later burned.

Only the strongest can commit Rippakansha.
