Used in powerscaling communities when someone can not react to the speed of an oncoming attack or attacker. An example is luffy getting hit by Kaido's thunder bagua in one piece. In real life people get blitzed by gun bullets.
A perception blitz is when someone can not even percieive the speed of an attack or attacker because how fast it or they are moving and a reaction blitz is when the person being blitzed can see the attack or attacker about to them but just can not react in time because it or they are too fast
