when you lowkey on some funny shit and this fat "democratic leader" (lardmander) decides he's had ENOUGH of the funniest shit ever and declares "foopian law" (deletes said funny shit) and then go back to "larpmandering" as a "lawyer" or whatever that means.

1. The action of deliberately not allowing fun/funny things to occur in his "republic"
2. The process of destorying "handcrafted, expert studied" foopian memes/emojis due to "concealment" or "false pretense (larpceny)"
3. Protecting "new people" from "it" (a mander)

Zav: "ah yes funny emoji from audit-log"
Foop: "NO NO NO NO! NO FUN! NO RIGHTS! BURN IN HELL! VIVE LA NEOLIBERIA!"
Zav: "yep, another foop tyranny classic"

Foop

When you pass gas (fart) with a loaded chamber (poop). What happens is as the fart gas passes around the poop within the "loaded chamber", the fart smells almost identical to poop; so much so that someone may believe you to have sharted when indeed it was only gas that passed around poop on it's way out. This usually also indicates that the fooper will soon need to poop very quickly.
