Slang for smoking cheapo marijuana. Comes from the practice of Mexican construction workers hiding in the tool shed while getting high.

Someone in whom the qualities of a tool and a doofus are found in nearly equal measure. For instance, a toolfus may be as awkwardly clueless as you classic doofus but also exhibit the unwarranted and grating self-confidence of a tool.

Can be performed by a professional tool, or by someone who is not really a tool. Basically, anyone can perform and act of toolish-ness

Dude, last night, i was pwning on Halo 3, but then some major DB cubed pulled an act of extreme toolish-ness, and ended my killing spree.
