Confused Matthew

One incredibly pretentious and untalented film reviewer that keeps making boring videos only to complain about movies that he don´t like but other people enjoyed. His videos are incredibly boring and tedious, and all of them are a complete waste of time. Just like Urban Dictionary.

Man, I rather rub my eyes with onions rather than watch any of those shitty videos made by Confused Matthew.

a)Computer confused. When a website or program is being nothing but unreasonable and you don't know who to call/email/pay to explain it to you; When you're using a computer and it doesn't make sense.
b)May also refer to the disoriented state of mind felt when trying to concentrate on a laptop whilst interacting with something else.

Information age warfare. The strategy of maintaining power and control over one's subordinates or opponents by burying them in disinformation in order to promote confusion, paranoia and mistrust. The point of this type of propaganda is not to persuade anyone, but to keep the target audience engaged, distracted and unable to effectively unite in opposition.
