Modeterranean Is a plain modern home that the builder has installed a red tile roof and phony arches to advertise it as a Mediterranean style

A Moditerranean design is any building design that purports to be Mediterranean, but in fact is a box with a red tile roof and crappy looking arches at the entry. Sometimes with added bars on the windows. It is neither Modern or Mediterranean, therefore it can only be called a Modeterranean.
