Cranny

The result of a cranberry colliding at high speeds with a granny (grandmother). It has a fruity taste but wit ha hint of soap and denture cream mixed in. It is still considered a fruit, but not good to eat.

cranney

Cranney is merely another word for a fat person. Not just a normal fat person though, more of a morbidly obese type of fat person, the kind that makes you feel physically unwell when you see them.

That guy must have eaten his weight in quarter-pounders. What a cranney.
