A person who acts stupid, like calls someone a bad name, or punches someone's tummy, or just is being plain stupid. . .It resembles a fish that eats other fish because it's hungery. . .Or a fish that lets itself be eat by another fish. . .So it sorta attacks from both sides of the feild.
