BDD actually stands for Body Dismorphic Disorder, wich is a somatoform disorder, in which people are preoccupied with an imagine defect in appearance. as in, seeing things about their bodies that are not really there.
also called imagined ugliness.

Jane thinks she has a large horn growing out of her head and refuses to go out in public due its ugliness. She is suffering from BDD.
