Get the Rotation mug.Rotational Staff is a system found in a few discord servers in which an even number of members switch places for moderation every 1-2 weeks depending on the rules of the server. A moderator will get his/her role for a certain amount of time before the administrator switches the power with the person next in line. The method is to have an even amount of people to which for every one moderator there will be one more rotational staff to take his/her place after their time is up.
This system was created to maximize experience and let as many people as possible try out being moderator without having too many moderators at once. It also allows new members and new people to try it out rather than having the same mod team every time.
