chief resident

An unsuspecting doctor who extends his or her time with the residency program to educate and represent residents. Part of their duties is to sit in on a million meetings of unknown significance; be expected to fix all manifestations of a violent or destructive natural force, such as a lightning strike or earthquake, that is beyond human power to cause, prevent, or control; and to be the one who is the bearer of all complaints, gripes, frustration, and anger from both residents and attendings when all they need is a stiff drink. Only tough souls apply.

e.g. "I can't fix my car. I'm going to call the chief resident."; "This sucks- call the chiefs."; or "The chiefs can do that." (when referring to the need for a replacement for last minute cancellations).

Or being a social misfit (by doing something stupid) and ironically describing yourself as 'chief'.
Replaces boss or gooch.

Paul: I forgot that it was non-school uniform day and I'm wearing my uniform.
John: No way, dude you're literally getting the piss kicked out of you.
Paul: Nah, i'm just chief.

John: What's chief?
Paul: The more modern way of saying boss or gooch.
John: Oh, chief.

a sneaky chef

Two people engaging in anal sex, male or female. The giving party is the chef, palming a handful of pepper. As the giver is about to enjoy a hearty climax he reaches down and around, tossing the pepper near the nasal cavity of the recieving party. At this point the reciever sneezes and is involuntarily forced to clench the spinchter while the giver reaches fruition. Thus making him, a sneaky chef.

chief

In the UK this term is used as an all-purpose term to indicate something bad or negative. Can be used as a adjective or verb. The swiss army knife of the negative slur world. Can sometimes be used as an affectionism. Commonly used to describe a thief or act of theft.

1. Adjective. I hate Justin Timberlake, he's such a fuckin' chief.

2. Verb (beat up). You wanna watch yourself 'cos I'll chief you up bitch.

3. Verb/Adjective. That fuckin' chief Daniel chiefed my fuckin' beer. I'm gonna fuckin' chief him up good.
