adj. A type of behavior described by a person stating out loud something that they clearly want, but then refusing to accept any offer for it to happen.
John: "I want to get some ice cream but I don't want to go outside again."
Bob: "I'll get it for you, I don't mind."

Something random that you say in response to any statement or question thrown at you by another, in an attempt to embarrass that person.

This should be said in a voice loud enough to be heard by others, in order to get the full effect.

Very similar to the famous Billy Madison line "No, I won't make out with you!"
