Asked Calmly

Yelling your question at someone in a very aggresive manner and pushing them to the wall with demands for answers.

Originated from the movie adaptation of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, where Dumbledore asking calmly if Harry put his name in was replaced with Dumbledore yelling it at Harry agressively.
Book: "'Did you put your name in the Goblet of Fire?' He asked calmly."
Movie: "'HARRY! DID YAH PUT YOUR NAME IN THE GOBLET OF FIRE?!?!'"

who asked, is a whitty "comeback" in a argument and is also shown to mostly have been used by fatherless children. and there are some counters to this "comeback" examples below.
person 1: hey did you kno-

person 2:"who asked?"
person 1 "oh i know, me myself and I thats 3 people right there"
person 2: "well I-"
person 1:"also by asking who asked you are showing interest in this conversation so that means you were interested and if you were interested that means internaly, you truly asked, so somebody did ask and that person is you, so if anything you just insulted yourself so that is who asked my good man."

AskMen.com

A website for insecure macho egotistical dumbasses that try to be "manly" by taking orders from some fraud (a waste of life) who gets rich off writing complete bullshit. Apparently, it is quite manly to be an ignorant dumbass.
From AskMen.com's article about 10 "subtle" ways to tell her she's too fat (because it isn't manly enough to just talk to her about it instead of being an immature douchebag and if you really loved her you wouldn't give two shits)

1. Take her to places where she has to wear a swimsuit.

If you still have your testicles after you do any of those subtle things, then you deserve to lose them either through castration or cancer.
