The incels are restricted from freedom of sex with their looksmatched females they rightfully deserve. The legal conditions faced by the incels have been compared to apartheid by some academics. In 2017, an assessment by the Yale Law School concluded that the female population of the world were waging a concerted campaign against the incels, a campaign which could be classified as genocide under international law. Despite that, as of March 2021 there is no goverment in the world that officially recognizes the genocide of the incels.
