The word is pretty much a synonym for words like "ludicroucy" or "Preposteroucy". Basically refers to anything that's shockingly nonsensical or stupid.

My mate told me about how he APPARENTLY saw his girlfriend cheating on him with Kid Rock, punched him in the eye, got offered to be the boss of the Navy Seals when the police showed up to arrest him, saved the world from a nuclear attack in Iraq, got a movie made about him that also won a bunch of Oscars and shit, got his face put on a monument and saved a bunch of children and a cat while I was sitting there and thinking "what absolute snickerdoodlecy is he waffling about.."

WARNING: leaving snickerdoodle will leave you with serious damage towards mental health. this will eat you alive until you decide it's time to do something about it.
