Šoggers is a croatian version of the word "Poggers" derived from a misspelling. It has the exact same purpose as Poggers. It is pronounced "Shoggers"
"Šog" isn't valid.

smegger

A swear-word/euphemism used on the TV show Red Dwarf, as an alternative to smeghead. Only used occasionally, and more aggressively than "smeghead", its range of use seems to be equivalent to fucker.

Let's get out there and nuke the smeggers!

A ferociously voluptuous, jelly-like, congealed nasal mucus extraction, plucked from deep within the nose. Possibly hinting shades of septic yellow or green, and is unflickable. The beast is completely soggy when rolled within a tissue and horrendous enough to turn the faces of onlookers during extraction.
