D.A.R.E.

Stands for Drug Abuse Resistance Education. Similar to the Junior Anti-Sex League in George Orwell's 1984, it is a federally funded organization designed to distribute misinformation about the dangers of scheduled substances. Unfortunately, the false information is easily absorbed by children's impressionable minds, so that they grow up with a notion that illegal drugs are all bad, which, in the long run, diminishes their ability to question government motive and action, and increases blind faith in the most obnoxious of government propaganda.
I was kicked out of D.A.R.E. when I was 13 because I told the glass that after several millenia of use, marijuana has never caused a single direct fatality.

D.A.R.E.

Goverment funded anti-drug program that sends police officers to teach 5th graders how to use common household items to get high. They also show children videos featuring a penguin and a rabbit who kidnap kids and force them to smoke the 'evil' marijuana. Because D.A.R.E. is notorious for using false information and scare tactics, most kids with common sense don't take the program seriously. Basically it's a huge waste of tax dollars and school time.
* 5th Grade Classroom *

D.A.R.E. Officer: Now children, as you know, most drug users are lazy, jobless, homicidal rapists, and since drugs cost alot of money, many druggies will use household items to get high.

Kid: Like what?

D.A.R.E. Officer: Oh, lots of things like white-out, paint thinner, sharpies, keyboard cleaner, whipped cream cans, and gas fumes can be used to get high.

Kid: Whoa, cool!

C.R.E.A.M.

Cash Rules Everything Around Me

Comes from the hit "C.R.E.A.M." by the infamous Wu-Tang Clan. The song sent the message that selling drugs is the wrong way to make a living or to make money in general. It leads to a painful life and deppression that certain members of wu-tang have experienced for themselves. They only strived for money but it lead them down the wrong path.

Later in the song, it says that hard work will help you overcome all the fucked up things in the world. Money is messed up and some people do messed up things to get it, but you have to live with it. That's the message they tried to present.
