His counterpart, Jimothy, cannot say the same about his intellectual level, as he is not blessed with the fore-mentioned double 'e'. A lovable filler word used to describe a person or thing in an endearing and amusing, yet slightly confusing way. Primarily used when one is at a loss for words I.e. can't rememeber the name of a thing or person. But can also be used as a term of endearment for a loved one. On rare occasions it can also be used to describe an activity.
