Electric Chair

Also known as the double shocker. The electric chair involves forming a shocker with each hand and putting those hands together so that they match up symmetrically. The pair of hands is then used to pleasure a female partner in the same manner in which a shocker would. The hands can be moved in opposite directions while inserted in the female also known as "extra-voltage" electric chair. The electric chair originated in Peoria, Illinois.

Steve: I want to give Anna a shocker so bad.
Miguel: Anna is a high class girl. you should use the electric chair.
Steve: Extra voltage time!

Guy in the chair

Characters in superhero movies that provide technical support to the main hero. They can usually hack, and they are always sitting in front of a computer screen and talking into headsets. The team Flash from TV show The Flash and Felicity from TV show Arrow are some examples of the guy in the chair.

Ned to Peter Parker "Hey, can I be your guy in the chair? You know there's always a guy, with a headset, telling the other guy where to go".

Chairman Tom

(n., ethnic slur) Derogatory name for a Chinese-American person who is deferential to and emulative of Whites; comparable to the racial slur "Uncle Tom".

An asian dude who has no accent, hangs out with mostly white kids, doesn't necessarily overachieve in school, and doesn't glow red when drinking can be a Chairman Tom

A co-worker who never seems to do any work. Often found sitting in a chair drinking coffee when everyone else is working hard.

Lawn Chair Driving

Driving with one's left foot resting just outside of the driver's side window. Similar to driving with a gangster lean, but not as hardcore. Requires the subject to be limber and totally lax like they're at the beach, except instead they are zipping through traffic.

Yeah, the cop pulled her over for lawn chair driving. Said her foot was blocking her side mirror.

A friendly invitation to join a conversation, have a discussion or share a meal. A longer version of the same expression might be, "pull your chair up to the table and join us". A nice way of inviting someone to "have a seat".
