Tallarico

A word to be used to describe the act of someone taking credit for the work of someone else. Also can be used to describe someone who lies or exaggerates their apparent achievements.

"I just found out that Tom didn't paint that picture he showed us, he paid someone else to do it and is taking the credit. He totally Tallarico'd it."

"Apparently Steven didn't win that award on the shelf in his living room, he bought it online. What a Tallarico."
