A noisy or otherwise annoying child. The term is similar to 'rug rat' or 'yard ape' but is intended to be purely derogatory and not in the least affectionate.

Background? I've been using the term for years, but not sure if I invented it or picked it up from somewhere else...

rodent tendancies

"Rodent" is a term in itself that is much the same as "Rat", a term to describe someone who's behaviour is sneaky and likely to be connected with the underhand seduction of a potential shag. Except "Rodent" is a stronger derogatory description than "Rat". "Rodent tendancies" is a blanket description of the traits associated with the behavior of a rat/rodent.

You can tell Dean Boyle is a rat bastard because he has rodent tendancies.

Phil Dixon pretends to be a gentleman in front of the ladies, but his rodent tendancies are clear to the rest of us.

Paul Firth was displaying rodent tendancies when he was chatting up that minger last night. Rat.

I've got nothing against Jon Storer, but i'd be lying if i said he didn't have notorious rodent tendancies.

Rayden

Rayden is an amazing friend and has a great sense of humor. Rayden cares for his friends even if he doesn't show it. Rayden is generally pretty nice and will often make fun of his friends over small things. To say Rayden is cool is an extreme understatement. He isn't popular and is quite modest. He also likes to draw smiley faces when he's bored :)

Rayden doesn't like it when you say that about him.

Rodenism

Founded by a senior at VHHS in August 2009, Rodenism is commonly practiced by the Vestavia Hills High School boy's tennis team. The way of life was based on a past student, named Roden, who apparently made a legacy with his tennis abilities. Legend has it that his unreturnable kick-serve causes the opponent to crap his pants then quickly commit suicide. You might see his name on the team's famous dry-erase board that pisses other teams off.
