the act of getting "dome" (aka head, fellatio, blowjob, etc.) from a girl who you do not know (generally a promiscuous female who has self worth issues and has to prove to herself she is worth anything).
Hence the "random" part of ranDOME.

"Yo Sean who was that girl you were with last night?"

"Bro I don't even know her name but she gave pretty good randome."

Individuals often use this word to mask nonsensical "humor".

Random is not the same as "unexpected"

Random humor is only random because it is in a context, thus making it stand out.

Randomize

When someone writes,says or does whatever comes to mind at any given time to confuse the other person,to get there attention,to do "icebreaking" in any situation or just to piss them off. It could be used as a noun or verb(the action usually being randomizing).

I'm so bored I'll just randomize some friends by texting them incomplete phrases.
