A shitty little town right next to Harvey's Lake PA. The town is filled with nothing but scumbags, in-breds, and wannabe-hicks. There is nothing to do in Noxen, except having sex with your cousins, and catching snakes in a buttfuck event known as the "Rattlesnake Roundup."

Noxen is the scummiest town in all of PA.
