(n.) A mass of mucous and saliva that is forcefully ejected from the mouth onto a person or object.

The noun loogie is commonly used in conjunction with the verb 'hock.' See example below:

Lucy: "Ethel! Did you just hock a loogie in my coffee?"

Ethel: "Why, yes, Lucy, don't I always?"

Lucy: "Oh yeah I forgot! My FAVORITE!"

Ethel: "You empty the pot and I'll give you some snot, deal??"

Loogie

A term in Iraqi slang referring to a suck up or an ass kisser. The term is usually used in a derogatory fashion to describe a person whose actions are intended to put them in the good books of someone they are desperate to impress.

In reference to a girl, the term loogiya is used.

Oh my god, he is such a loogie.
I hate her, loogiye.
Man, don't be such a loogie.
She is the biggest loogiya.
