A "fat sandwich" made by the "grease trucks" of Rutgers University which consists of chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, and french fries with marinara sauce all on a sub roll. Sometimes server with lettuce, onion, and tomato. The sandwich was invented in 1997 by a student named Darrell Butler, who owns the rights to the recipe and the Fat Darrell name.
