A term English slang usually used within schools in England. Describes the attendance or backing of a party.
These parties are hosted by people called 'Wongs'. These parties are deemed to be crazy and consist of alot of alcohol and the prescence of chinese people.

Geo Blocking

The complete antithesis of the internet. Geo blocking is the blocking of websites, video, etc. based on your location in the world. Thus this defeats the entire global village scenario, where we were all supposed to be able to view and/or share all content in the internet with anyone, anywhere in the world.

Proxy browsing can sometimes remedy this situation, but it doesn't always work properly.

I just clicked on a Digg link to Comedy Central only to find that since I live outside of the U.S. I can't view it, whoopity do!

Geo Blocking is just another lame ass corporate attempt to constrict and control the internet.

Facebook cock blocking

When one interrupts a 2 person comment chain on a Facebook status update, picture, etc. Typically, the original commenters will start a nice, engaging conversation, and then the "blocker" will barge in with a totally unrelated comment, thus disturbing the flow, and consequently delaying your chances of scoring with the hot chick that's totally interested in what you're doing for the weekend...
