The ugly bastard with a extremely cheesy and horrible looking smile was unfortunate to not die in the Chamber of Secrets when his memory loss spell, "Obliviate" backfired and caused him to lose his memory while shooting up into the air hitting several rocks along the way before falling back down causing Ron and Harry to be separated from each other which is the saddest moment of the film.
