No Effort Too Small is NETS. It defines how the best of the best leave no stone unturned. It is used for someone you know who is pulling all the stops to get ahead, and it signals approval and encourages emulation. NETSing, full NETS, NETSed are common variations.
The regional manager was promoted to VP last week. 3 years ago he was in facilities. The CEO walked in on him one early morning meticulously cleaning the floor, lifting chairs and desks, sweeping under all the rugs, getting every goddamn dust mite off the lobby floor. He went total NETS on his cleaning tasks. The CEO, blown away, quickly moved him to the management track.

This is basically the same as asking how things are going on someone's "end". This refers to their side of matters in terms of work, life, or entertainment. The difference between this new locational phrase and the original is that a net, unlike a rope, can be pulled from more than two sides. It may be a square net with four corners or even a circular net. It's often used when multiple people in a group chat or group call are talking about how their lives are going. In this case, it replaces "your end of the rope" or simple "you're end", which would both be used by two people talking to each other.
A group chat has eight members.
Person 1: Hi everyone! How's it going on your end of the net! I'm just watching some Youtube.
Person 2: Not much.
Person 3: Same here, Youtube.
Person 4: I'm dancing.
Person 5: I'm just watching some TV.

the net god is the giant net in the gym that you sacrifice other people's items to, such as a book, chair, binder, backpack, etc. a detention was the best achievment you could recieve for a while for sacrificing but now the greatest achievment is suspension. ALL HAIL NET GOD!
