Hover boy

A person—typically a man—who loiters in close physical proximity to a conversation or activity they are not part of, usually in hopes of seeing or hearing something private, sensitive, or provocative. They may even come within personal space to gain or view personal information.

Hosed FN

Similar to Green FN in NBA 2k but for MLB the show when you perfect a throw from the outfield and "hose" the runner. Also applies to real life when an outfielder makes an incredible throw to "hose" the runner. Stands for "Hosed Fuck N*gga"
