I wouldn't look up that page at work, it's definitely a home google.

verb. to be mystery googling

to currently be using the website "mysterygoogle.com" and subsequently sending out certain information (i.e AIM screenname or phone number) in hopes of getting a reply from some random person and/or responding to others doing the same thing as you.

so the other night i was mystery googling, and i actually met someone cool who likes the same bands as me!

mystery googling might not be the best place to post your mobile number

Google Shaming

Openly mocking ignorance which could easily be remedied by a simple Google search. Typically passive aggressive and deadpan, Google shaming is often missed by the recipient.

John: Where can I find a free PDF converter?

Jane: Uhm... OK. Have you tried... like... Google?

Dave: Wow Jane. Nice Google Shaming.

google maos

A common typing error you make when typing "google maps" on mobile. When entering this, the top of the search results will display "Showing results for google maps, Search instead for google maos". If you actually google "mao", the result will be Mao Zedong, the founding father of the People's Republic of China.

Steve: "I accidentally typed google maos instead of google maps."
Willie: "Its ok, it happens on mobile all the time."
