When your period "explodes", when at a time, huge amounts of blood comes out. This usually happens when you laugh, cough or it happens randomly.

a period shit is a poop a woman will have while she is on her period. they tend to burn and are usually very soft and slide right out. period shits are very similar to diarrhea but it’s more solid and only happens on a woman’s period. also commonly known as a period poop.

Period Gas

Sour, rancid, and generally intolerable gas that results from menstruation. Cramp pressure builds and forces foul odors to burst out and escape from the anus in rapid succession. Period gas cannot be controlled and typically lasts for 12-16 hours.
