it works by adding "iz" between letter or sylibles of words and speaking them quickly so they blend together into something that almosts sounds like complete gibberish to people who dont know the language

A very small town in the Colombian province of Valle de Cauca that no one knows about, but more known than the smaller Ansermaviejo. Not to be confused with Cartago of Costa Rica.

It's also the name of a region in Costa Rica that looks like Colombia a little if you squint your eyes.

Colombian 1: I was born in Cartago
