Little blue pills with one side stamped “M” in a box, and the other side stamped “30” on half of it. All different shades of blue, ideally baby blue in color. This is a schedule I drug by the name of fentanyl. Manufactured all over the place, distributed all around. These are newer opiates flooding the streets, and can be snorted or smoked on tinfoil. Very well known for being found next to an overdosed person.
