Palm Sunday

The Sunday prior to Easter. If you live in FL-- you get up real early and hack down as many palm trees as possible, slice them up, and give them to people at church. When mass starts, you wave them up and down, then play with them the rest of the time.
Mass is also really long because everyone in the church re-enacts Christ's passion. It's fun and all, especially when you yell "Crucify him" at the priest.

Palm Sunday is the first in a week long series of very looooong religious services.

sunday funday

the last day of the weekend, typically following two nights of heavy drinking, to lay out and play in the sun with a group of close friends. As you bask in the glory of the day, you continue in your consumption of alcohol to avoid hangovers from your previous nights of fun, preferrably with mimosas and/or john daily's that can be masked in bubba kegs. Activities of the day can include but are not limited to: watching sports games outside, playing sand volleyball, laying in a field of grass, laying face down on the sand volleyball court, beer bongs on the balcony, trying to find a bathroom in a supposedly closed office building when ur bladders so full it hurts to move, etc.

Sunday Funday

Sunday Funday is the only holiday that comes more than once a year. In fact, it’s the only common drinking event that occurs 52 times in a 12 month period. Yes we all use St. Patrick’s Day as a reason to let loose, of course we all pop a bottle of champagne when that clock strikes midnight on New Years, and boy do us Americans love to grab a bunch of beer and blow stuff up on the 4th of July. But what if we could enjoy our favorite times and team up with our closest friends by using Sunday Funday as an excuse to party?
