Indie wanna be. Someone who chooses bands that are primarily rock that aren't technically listened to by everybody but are still quite popular (slipknot, stone sour, etc) and treats that band like they are the only ones who have ever heard of them.

Indie-bee: I can't wait until I go see slipknot live next weekend. You probably never heard of them. They are SERIOUSLY underground.

Indie Kid

Indie Kids are not the pretentious college twats that shop at Hollister and Topshop. They are people with a love for individually produced media that show an interest in art and other similar forms of expression. This is perhaps because it is avoiding the rat-race, hence the 'indi' part of the identity. Despite the new forming popular beliefs stemming from British high school and College students, they are not part of popular culture, rather, the name 'indie' or 'hipster' has been taken to embody a different meaning. An indie kid may be seen as precocious, due to the fact that they have an extensive vocabulary and do not follow the mainstream, but, this is in fact the indie kids greatest asset. I will not name a 'famous indie', due to the fact that, if they are non-existent and have been sucked into the belief that they are being individual, whilst wearing outfits practically made of money. This is why Alexa Chung or Taylor Swift will never be indie. Contrary to popular belief, indie kids are not actually kids, they are usually in their late teens to their 30s and usually care about environmental issues such as Fracking. They express themselves how they want and are an interesting group of people as they value individual thought and opinion. This is why many indie's take up photography and playing an instrument.

Integra

The Integra Type R is a 2 door, front wheel drive sports coupe first debuted in 1995 in Japan. It's equipped with Honda's B18 engine producing 187 horsepower at 8,800rpm and 131 lbs-ft torque at 7,300rpm. The Integra Type R was a big competitor among Japanese sports cars in the mid 90s to mid 2000s and gained a very large fan-base, especially among Honda enthusiasts. The Integra Type R was in a group of cars that people often refer to as "The Type R Brothers", these cars were the NSX Type R, Integra Type R, and Civic Type R. Later on in the early 2000s, Honda built a refreshed version called the DC5, it was a bit bigger but now along with the Civic Type R, it used Honda's K20A2 engine which made 220hp at 8,000rpm and 206 lbs-ft torque at. It was till front wheel drive but had a new chassis which was stiffer than the older model along with suspension, aero, and braking enhancements. Later on in the mid 2000s the Integra got a facelift and a few enhancements such as better suspension tuning, brakes, tires, and slightly shorter gearing to help acceleration. The car was a great success and was featured on famous auto tv shows and DVD's like Best Motoring where several Type R's raced and won many races. But sadly, Honda discontinued the Integra shortly after along with the legendary NSX and only the Civic remained, but hopefully Honda goes back to building fun, fast, affordable sports cars.

I saw a DC5 Integra the other day, but I don't think it was a Type R though.

Indiot ( Indie Idiot )

Stupid idiots who think they are cool and 'indie' ( whatever the fuck THAT means ) because they follow the latest trend of listening to commercial mainstream 'popular' chart music.
These tossers are often found shopping in Topman and H&M etc and can be seen wearing tight skinny jeans, polo shirts, cardigans, waistcoats, converse all-star trainers and weird hats ( basically anything that any other person is wearing - shit that no one wore 10 years ago - note to shops, kerrching ).

They also think that being gay is cool and so like to wear bright colours, have messy medium-long hair and think they are totally unique even though there are millions like them. They do not understand the meaning of the word 'indie'. Indie initially meant Independant i.e bands that were not signed to major record labels and were relatively unknown. Their fans were against all the charts stood for. Nowadays 'indie' means a band usually starting with the word 'the' who sing in an overly exaggerated english whiney accent ( even the Scottish bands like The Fratellis ), have jangly guitars which arent played properly, care more about their looks than their music, think an achievment is getting into the top 10 and generally fanny about with their lyrics thinking they are smart and poetic singing about society and teen angst but are really just studenty wankers who dont really have a clue.Thankfully these bands make their quick buck and are usually quickly forgotten about as every other cunt has moved onto the next 'indie' band.
These indiots usually have ties with the New Rave and Techno scene which is also a fuckin false rip off i.e The Klaxons and Hadouken! ( both fag 'bands' )
Indiots think their music is rock but its really just a new name for pop thanks to NME being total cunts and wanking over the latest 'The' band. NME is shite btw.
