Westchester

1. County directly north of the Bronx, New York. A very diverse place, it contains poor rundown areas like Mount Vernon, Yonkers and Port Chester and wealthy areas like Scarsdale and Chappaqua (home to Bill and Hillary). New Rochelle has both poor and rich neighborhoods and Port Chester is actually on the rebound, with its Costco downtown. With three Metro-North railroad lines running through the county as well as several parkways, many people in Westchester commute to NYC. Of course, Westchester is home to the HQ of many important companies like Kraft, Pepsi, IBM, Mastercard and ITT.
2. Neighborhood of Los Angeles near the Los Angeles Int'l Airport.
3. western suburb of Chicago
4. western suburb of Miami
5. West Chester -- town west of Philadelphia - not to be confused with Chester, PA, the most rundown city in the USA.

There are many Westchesters but there's only one Chicago.

A slightly confusing insult hurled at people who might not quite be from the 'hood. Probably not used outside of New York City, much.

wetchup

The nasty water that comes out of the ketchup bottle before the ketchup actually comes out.

As soon as I opened the bottle of ketchup to pour it out, the wetchup came out first and made me not want to eat my burger anymore.
