When everyone remembers someone as being funny or relevant, but either that person hasn't been funny in YEARS or they never have been.

Gal: "I love how Sarah Silverman stays funny and topical"
Guy: "Name the last funny thing that Sarah SIlverman did..."
Gal: "That Matt Damon song was kinda funny.. and that Mr. Show stuff.."
Guy: "The Matt Damon song wasn't funny and that was 2008.. Mr. Show was the mid-90s, and she was the only unfunny person on there.."
Gal: "Oh jeez, you're right.. The Sarah Silverman Effect strikes again."

Silverman Effect

The Silverman effect is an anomoly in which people start to see everything as offensive to them in some way, much like Sarah Silverman mistaking simple construction symbols for swastikas.

I saw they cast a white girl to play an Egyptian in a movie and forgot there are white people born in Africa, too. The Silverman effect is strong with me, right now!

A silverhootowl is a game old bird, mostly found in the backwoods of Missouri. They are known for their distinctive call. The only way to catch them is to clamp down on their muffler, which stops them dragging on the road. They have been seen as far afield as California and they fly to Hot Springs once a year for hibernation purposes.

Silvermine

Silvermine is a very nice part of Norwalk that is often failed to be mentioned. This is strange because Silvermine has some very nice attractions including: the Silvermine Tavern and Silvermine Elementary School. There is also a Silvermine River which runs through this part of town. Contrary to popular belief, there was never a silver mine in the vicinity, but Silvermine is still possibly the richest area of Norwalk. If you do not believe me, understand that Silvermine also is part of Wilton and New Canaan.
